(Credit / Debit Card numbers are not stored in our system.)

The information collected is used to fill order, or to contact buyers if they have questions. In no other

In most cases, orders will be fulfilled and shipped from our bakery in Emeryville, CA within 2-3
business days.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds and returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Cancellations
can not be made once your order has shipped from our bakery. Shipping fee is not refundable
unless an error was made by Freda's Granola. To submit a refund, return, or cancellation, please
